Does not have to be "healthy", i'm trying to gain without supplements and i'm not a foodie, i view eating as somewhat of a chore more or less. There are foods i like, but overall feels tedious. I'm trying to make myself eat more foods, esp things that are foreign to help me enjoy eating food more. I do like cooking so this is probably a plus and i do have a blender. I'm trying to gain fat and muscle (mostly fat rn). I'm thinking about making chicken tacos as one of the things to add to what i could eat to help me enjoy eating. I'm somewhat lactose intolerant, but it only affects me with drinking raw milk and if i don't eat enough carbs, so virtually a non factor. I been eating bags of golden oreos, fruit snacks, ritz crackers, etc. And still hardly any weight gain, I want to get in a position where it's hard for me to not eat food, my appetite is pretty low, i rarely crave things, so i think increasing the things i eat and eating things that taste good (seen some people say taste doesn't matter, but definitely would in a way motivate me to eat more).
A ton of food suggestions is essentially what i'm looking for, don't really need a schedule, i'm just going to get a lot of the things mentioned. I'm not really concerned with the nutritional value, i do take vitamins, and eat fruit (not so much on vegetables though). Any extra advice would be appreciated.
Thanks for any and all help.
