Been having this issue a lot and want to get some advice. I often find myself meeting my Protein/Fat macros too early in the day. For example, right now I have 1250 calories left for the day but no protein to spare, just fat and carbs!
Any advice on what I can eat to finish this off? Is it THAT BAD to eat more protein then my macros allow? Can’t think of Foods that will fill up 1200 calories that won’t put me at a heavy protein overage. Thanks!
