I thought it would be simple but it's not. At the end of my cut my tdee was 1950, so I started eating at 1900 (I was cutting in the end at 1500) weight still stable, upped calories to 1950 gained 0,31g but its water weight, last week I ate at 2100 and I list 0,47g lol. Ended my cut 3 weeks ago my weight was 67.9kg Sunday's average weight for the past week was 67.9 so here I am, the spreadsheet tells me I need to eat 2375 cal now to gain 0.25kg/week. Should I up to that level or wait another week eating at 2100 and see what happens?
