Struggling with weight gain

Hey guys,

I’m an 19 year old girl who’s trying to gain some weight but I’m having issues.

I’ve struggled with a bad relationship with food for a couple months now and I’ve lost alot of weight. Since october, I’ve gained 4 pounds and am happy about that but lately my weight hasn’t buldged and I really want to keep making progress. I eat roughly 2800 calories a day and I have no idea how to get to eat more since it is hard for me to eat this much in the first place...Can anyone help ? (I have to gain some fat too, my bodyfat percentage is at 13% and my goal is to be at 18%).
