hi guys need some help
i dont seem to recover well from intense gym sessions
for example on sunday i did a heavy / intense legs session
that night i struggled to sleep
the following day i did some cardio
it's now Tuesday and i feel like crap. My mind is slow im tired and irritable and just feel super sore and chitty.
This happens all the time. I'm sick of feeling like crap what ca ni do?
