Hi everyone and anyone, I am currently a third-year university student and one of the biggest issues I have encountered is trying to eat healthy food items. I am a biology major who works two jobs, so I am a rather busy student and I sometimes tend to forget to eat meals which leads me to eat fast-food. Also, the food here at the university is not the best option and is only available at specific hours, some of which I am busy during. I was wondering if anyone can help me out with some relatively healthy food ideas and snacks? I have access to a mini-fridge and a microwave in my dormitory. There is a target and a grocery store near by so I do have access to good food, I just need help with obtaining healthy food by only possessing a microwave and mini-fridge. Thanks!
