Need Assistance w/ Nutrition Plan

Hi all,

Been looking around for resources for a while, but haven't lucked out yet. I fully understand how to calculate macros and count calories, etc. However, I constantly struggle with compiling a nutrition plan that meets my macro goals and that I can actually stick to day in and day out.

Therefore, I've been looking for an application or website where I can plug in the number of calories/macros that I want to meet and have it spit out full recipes...aside from the generic grains, chicken, eggs, etc. Does anybody know of any such thing?

If not, does anyone follow any nutrition plan around the following macros that can help me out with what you usually eat?

C: 293
P: 195
F: 72
3,000 Calories.
