I workout at 0530 and usually on an empty stomach. I was wondering if I would get more use out of taking my protein shake before, and getting most of post protein from my meal. Which is 4 egg whites, one whole egg, and 1cup oatmeal with 1 TBSP brown sugar and cinnamon. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
