26F, 167cm, 58kg
Macros: 1324kcal, 35g fat, 136g carb, 132g protein, 30g fibre. Every day.
Lifting 5 days a week, cardio 2 days a week. Rest day once every 10 days.
Fitbit says my TDEE is ~2000kcal a day.
In 4 weeks I have lost 2cm off my hips, 3 cm off waist, 1cm off my thigh. Clearly things are happening, but perhaps more slowly than I'd like. I wanted to check if diet is on point here and to consult if adding more cardio is a good idea. Strength for my lifts has remained manageable, even though it's harder. Weight has fluctuated to 59.5 (period) and then down to 57.5, but my intestines are having a tougher time lately. (More fibre?)
I have 5 meals before my workout and then a larger dinner.
Protein bar, Cottage cheese, 4 types of raw vegetables, 150g potatoes, protein shake. Dinner: 200g chicken and 350g potatoes.
I've noticed I'm losing 1cm off my butt in 2 weeks. Is this a good rate for losing fat?
Also, a sidenote: Speaking of chicken, how do I measure the grams for this? I buy it in bulk so it's frozen. When I weigh is frozen, it weighs a lot more. After I defrost it and drain the water, it's less. Finally after it's cooked it's even less! How many grams am I eating here? When do I measure the chicken?
