HELP with my macros!

I need some macro advice please...
Im 29 yo F, 175cm and 60kg. Ive been eating at 1600 cal (40C/30P/30F) for a few months and have not noticed many changes. Im trying to reduce my BF% (currently 20%). I workout 4-6 days per week, lifting weights on most days with 15 min cardio at the end.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
