Is there a difference between good and bad nutrition. For example, would my muscle gaining progress be any better or worse if I ate all clean meats and foods and met my macro nutrient goals compared to eating worse foods such as burgers from McDonald’s but also still met my macro nutrient goals.
Would I see the same results in the end as long as macro nutrient goals are met?
