Do I really need to increase my calories more?

So, I made some life changes at the beginning of this year and dropped down from 250 lb's to 160ish lb's at 5'9. I was cutting at 1700 calories per day and when i got down to 160 i slowly started increasing my calorie intake. Currently ive been eating 3100 calories per day give or take 50 calories. Been tracking everything (ive uploaded my graph from MFP) and have really seen no change in weight. According to all the calorie calculators ive plugged my stacks into im anywhere from 2300-2700 calories maintenance so that would mean im at least a 400 calorie surplus on the highest one ive found. Im following a 6 day ppl just out of sheer boredom because work is slow otherwise i was doing a 3day/wk full body before.

I am also have hypothyroidism but all my blood levels came back normal last time i went to the doctor. Do you think this has something to do with my thyroid or am i just vastly underestimating my maintenance?

Edit the untitled.jpg is from when i hit 160, 111.jpg is today. Also my lifts are sloowly but surely going up
