Hi there I’m looking to start playing American football for a team and I want to be ready for when the season starts here in the UK next april. Only problem I have is I have no clue on what sort of diet I should be on.
I am 6”2 and 17 stone (107kg) and want to lose a fair bit of fat but put plenty of muscle and strength on. What sort of food should I be eating and at what level of nutrients should I having I.e no carbs or some carbs.
