Was hoping to get some reccs for new food before I go shopping tomorrow. Getting tired of the same old. Here’s my typical meals in a week
Breakfast: (700 ish calories)
3 eggs w or w/o cheese
2 slices whole wheat bread
2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp jam
Olive oil
Iced coffee w/ .25 cup milk
Lunch 1: (550 ish calories)
JYM protein 1 scoop
Walnuts .2 cup
Raw Oats .5 cup
Honey 1 tbsp
Milk .5 cup
Lunch 2: (800 ish calories)
Whole Wheat Pasta 6-9 oz
Pesto .5 tbsp
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Dinner: (600-700 ish calories)
Rib eye 10 oz
Olive oil 1 tbsp
OR
Sushi
Edamame
Miso soup
Snacks: (500 ish calories)
Whole wheat bread 2 slices
Peanut butter 2 tbsp
Jam 1 tbsp
Usually end up at around 3100-3200 calories
