am I bulking correctly ?

my TDEE is 3,099

so it gives me advice to bulk at a 500 calorie surplus

I was currently eating 3900 calories a while ago gained some size then Dailed my Marcos back to 3700, should I take it down more?? I currently re did my TDEE the first time I input the numbers I did it wrong it suggested I eat 3800 calories. here are some pics, I'm bulking until march so I can cut before summer. any suggest on what I should work on more?

6'0 189lbs 27 years old.
