Recently I cut all kind of dairy products from my diet because it seems like it is causing my acne. I have a slight intolerance for it too.
The acne situation improved Quite a lot eversince.
Now that my whey protein supplies are running low im ready to try something new to be completely dairy-free.
I checked different proteins (vegan, rice, pea, beef, egg)
Egg protein seems to be the seconds best option after whey.
What are your preferences/thoughts/advice to look at?
(I use protein not just as PostWO shake but for cooking too. Well, pancakes, mostly:))
