Hey Guys!
So just to get you guys into the loop;
I’m an 18 year old male, standing at 6” even. Currently weigh around 242lbs. I’ve been lifting for a year and would estimate my body fat at 28%. I’ve got a decent amount of lean muscle too though. I currently still live at home and have been eating whatever’s on my plate I’d estimate 2800 calories. I’m looking to lean down without losing a significant amount of muscle. I excersice 2-4times a week (weights with a little cardio afterwards)
So here comes my question; I do realize it’s aout experimenting with what works but currently I’m unsure about what number of calories i should be consuming and what sort of foods to eat/ stay away from? I’ve tried eating at 2000 calories a day, but it jus leaves me hungry and weak without seeing any sort of fat loss at all, I anything I feel more bloated.
