The 2-Hour Diet - 5am Until 9pm - 7 Days - Feedback Please ?

Hi Guys

i am struggling to drop the body fat and keep the muscle i built over the years .
Finally , my mate suggested i go on this diet and it will be amazing for muscle building and fat burning in the same time.

I noticed i am getting great nutrition through the day and i am eating much cleaner than before. My body is starving every 2 hours now .
i do long days at work and i love my food .


***Stats :

Age : 39
H : 179 CM
W : 101 KG
BF : %19
I lift heavy and do strength training for 1 Hour 5 days a week .
I do lots of body weight training in combination with free weight lifting .
previous experience with Anabolic Juice ( 4 beginners cycles 5 years ago )



***Monday - Sunday Meal Program


5am - Protein Bar ( less than 1g Sugar )
5am-7am - Gym
7am - 1 Scope WPI Lean Protein Shake, 5G creatine, 5g Glutamine, Banana
9am - Chicken Risotto ( P 62G )
11am - 3 Boiled Eggs, 5 Olives, Half Avocado , Cottage Cheese
1pm - Tuna Canned
3pm - 1 Scope WPI Lean Protein Shake, 5G creatine, 5g Glutamine
5pm - Fruite Or Yogurt
8pm - Steak with Veg

4 Litres of Water Daily

I do cheat on Saturday and Sunday and have some bread, Salads with the meals .

Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Arms
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Legs




***Supplements :

10g Creating Daily
10g Glutamine Daily
2 scope WPI Lean Protein Daily
Magnesium 30g Daily
Natural Testosterone Boosters


*** Target

Reduce Moon Face
Reduce Billy fat
Increase Muscle mass



please tell me ;

1- are my protein High ?
2 - are the calories high ?
3 - should i cut it down to 3 hour meal instead of 2 hour meal ?

any comments or feed backs are welcome . I need to get rid of the fat in my billy and my face .

just started on this diet 2 weeks ago .
