At the fear of seeming like a troll. Any of y'all heard of the concept of "when you bump up your protien intake after having eaten the same amount for a long time, you will see sort've a spurt in muscle growth for a few months"? So by this logic, and I'm not a biologist if you couldn't tell by my wording, I could have 130-150g protient for a few years, get expected diminiahing returns, then when I decide to add 20-30g onto my daily intake I'd see a bump in strength/growth rate for a couple months?
Anybody wanna chime in on the concept, or maybe direct us to an independently researched study that support this theory? I don't have a fixed opinion yet but it's always been intriguing to me.
