Alright, so I used to be pretty fit. The good ‘ol bulking stage is familiar to me. However, I spent almost the last four years not working out because I thought a girlfriend was more important lol... Learned from my mistakes!
Anyway, I know my body pretty well now. I am a little chubby, but nothing crazy. The way I want to do this is gain muscle, then cut. Everyone’s going to tell me to cut first, but I build muscle really quick and would rather bulk a bit, then cut. It’s just how I want to do it.. What are some things you all are doing now for breakfast, lunch, dinner and your in-betweens? My eating habits have not been good (fast food), so just eating healthier will help me improve a ton!
I’m thinking this, let me know what you think:
Morning: Protein Shake (I work out late at night and don’t really like cooking breakfast or eating it).
Snacks in between. Protein bars, nuts, fruits etc.
Lunch: White Rice, Chicken, and greens.
Snacks in between again...
Dinner: Something small to keep my stomach running a little on empty when I go to the gym. Maybe more rice and chicken?
