Yesterday I weighed 80.4 kg and today I weight 79.7 so it differs but yesterday I calculated what my total calories had to be for fat loss, and I ate that way by the Mifflin St Jeor. But today my weight is different so do I need to recalculate now for 79.7 or just go with somewhere in the middle like 80 kg and calculate for that and use that amount of calories for the whole week? I already want to start cutting so waiting for a rolling average would take another week and if I already start cutting there's no point in getting a rolling average because my weight is already dropping?
