So I’ve gotten great tips from the community, however I’m having issues bulking. It’s been 3 weeks and I actually think I lost weight even with eating more calories. I’ve been doing a clean bulk for sure but Im starting to think I need to up my fats WAY more.
I’m 152 lbs (the lowest I’ve been in 2.5 years) because I cut for a solid 2.5 months. I was 155 a month ago and am not gaining much weight even though I’m murdering it in the gym! Should I just not count my macros until I gain weight?
