Should I increase calories ??

I’m 17 years old 180 pounds 6,1 with the help of the lose fat forum my estimated body fat is around 13-14% I trying to lean bulk and I am eating around 2500-2800 calories for the past week and a half yesterday I woke up thinking that I would have gained around .5kg but my weight was the almost the same.. should I increase my calories to 2800-3000 or should I stay at the same calories.. I’m not that active because of my exams I only workout for 1 hour and no cardio
