whats a healthy amount of sugar per day for healthy liver and overall health (good testosterone production, hormones and gut)?
i asked in a forum and someone said 80 grams per day is for someone who exercise 3-5 days weekly.
is this true? im at 100 daily and exercise 4 days. now im avoiding fruits and sweet potato because of this
so basically people say eat healthy but in the end even healthy makes you unhealthy lol?
im talking sugar from fruits and veggies only which is fructose?
