weekly activity change

not going to play basketball because it might ruin my bulking tdee?

so currently im running greyskull lp 3 days a week, cardio 1 and standing at work for 25 ish hours. im trying to figure out my maintenance so i can add 200 and start lean bulking. im currently eating 3k (started this week) and im half way and still weight the same. im actually in a situation of saying no to basketball because i want to be accurate with my weekly activities and find out my true maintenance. would this be dumb? should i just eat more today?
