Thoughts on TVP?

TVP - Textured vegetable protein

I am asking if it's a healthy protein for men. Apparently it's made out of soy. But it's also one of the best cheapest protein options I have at the moment. It also packs 15g per 100kcal, which is a very good option for me given the price, longetivity and the like. My whole diet is not going to depend on it, but I do consider getting about 45g of protein off of it. That's somewhere around 1/2 and 1/3 of my total protein (depending whether I choose to go for .8 or a full 1g/bodyweight).

I am thinking of mixing it with lentis as my main source protein, but I don't know if the apparent soy content will affect my tetosterone negatively.
