Could amino acids help cure protein farts?

First off, I know nothing about nutrition so bare with me.

I understand it's common for protein shakes to cause farting and as far as I know amino acids help make use of the protein we consume so less of it passes through the body untapped.

Therefore does it make sense that amino acids would make sure the protein gets used for repairing and building muscle as opposed to whatever happens to it when it isn't synthesised? If so would this prevent protein farts?

Having never tried amino acid supplements I'm interested if anybody who has may have seen a difference.
