Bulking Diet, Is It Okay?

Hey y’all,

New to bulking here. Basically I’m eating roughly 3000 calories with a 60/25/15 (carb fat protein) split for the most part.
My usual diet consists of eggs, peanut butter and jelly’s, protein shake w/ oats, honey, and banana, and milk and then dinner fluctuates a lot. Often times I eat sushi for a meal (around 3-4x a week).

Couple questions. I’m a skinny dude. Always have been. I’m sitting at 155 lbs right now and started the bulk 2 weeks ago and probably gained like 1 pound. I went from 1700 calories to 3000 (but week 1 was more around 2700 to ease into it).

I’m kind of doing a mix of clean/dirty bulk. My dirty bulk foods though aren’t very “dirty”. They would be things like pesto sauce, red sauce, cheese, and that’s it. The rest of my macros are filled by pbjs, eggs, whole wheat pasta, protein shakes, steak and chicken. I have been slacking a lot on vegetables honestly because they’re too filling and I get in my macros from the foods listed above... should I incorporate veggies more? Will it make a difference if I do or not for my bulk?

Here’s a TYPICAL (but not always) diet:

Breakfast: 3 eggs, olive oil, English muffin w/ reduced fat skippy PB, jam, coffee w/ almond milk
Lunch 1: protein shake w/ almond milk, half banana, 100g oats ish, 1 tbsp honey
Lunch 2: whole wheat pasta (6-8 oz), 1 tbsp pesto sauce
Dinner: *changes ALOT. Usually: spicy tuna avocado rolls w/ edamame OR make my own burritos OR Chipotle burrito (brown rice, black beans, steak, corn, cheese)
Also, a general question.. how long should I bulk for? This is my first one and realistically want to be 165 lbs, but should I bulk all the way until I reach that goal?

Thanks y’all.
