Teen Meal Plan Questions

Hi, I am 17 years old and trying to create my meal plan. I am 5'9" and 155lbs. I am what you would call "skinny fat" and would like to change that. After doing some research I came up with this:
Daily calorie intake--
2410 calories/day-500 calories for weight loss=1910 calories/day
Daily macro intake--
Carbs: 239g
Protein: 143g
Fat:42g
Macro intake per meal (6 meals/day but 5 meals/day for fat--no fat post-workout):
Carbs: 40g/meal
Protein: 24g/meal
Fat: 8g/meal
So, now for the questions! Do the above macro counts and calorie intake look/sound correct? Also, I am really having a hard time coming up with what foods to eat per meal. Meaning, I am having a hard time coming up with foods that I can eat at every meal without going over my macro values. So, for something like breakfast, I could eat 4 eggs, but I would be over my fat value per meal. Or, I could eat 6 egg whites, and need more carbs and fat, but the food that have carbs and fat in them also have protein, so I would go over my protein count. I just need help figuring all of that out honestly. I am extremely smart but terrible at math and that is pretty much what this is, a huge equation lol. So, if anyone could provide insight on how they came up with their meal plans, or help me come up with mine, or both, I would really appreciate it! Feel free to ask me any questions as well.
