So I came up with a meal plan
Macros protein :218g fat :51g carbs:218g
First meal: 64g of cereal 2 cups of milk
Lunch n dinner : (gonna combine the 2 but they’re split in half into different containers ): 24oz of chicken 2.5 cups of rice 1 avocado
And for a Snack I just eat a granola bar
^^and all of that equals my macros but I feel like this meal plan is so plain like I’m missing something I need y’alls opinion
