Need opinion on following pre and post workout meal

1. Pre workout : 1/2 boiled Potato + 2 banana + 1 scoop whey with pinch of pink salt

2. post workout : 1/2 boiled potato + 2 banana + 1 scoop whey misxed with powdered oats

Is Pre workout meal described above fine if taken 40 mins before exercise?
And post workout immediately after exercise.

My body type is skinny fat.
