Nutrition Questions In Regards to a 3 Day Fast

Hoping I'm posting in the correct spot (moderators, please advise if not?)
I was in a very serious ATV accident 5 years ago. Almost losing my lower leg, hurting my back badly, and many surgeries later. To this day, I'm in chronic pain, with a bad case of chronic fatigue. I have been diagnosed with CRPS (complex regional pain syndrome) with overactive/ damaged nerves. Because of the trauma my poor body is going absolutely crazy. I now have sleep apnea, tachycardia, all over joint pain, and a whole slew of other problems all from my trauma. My current testings that we are working on right now, shows that I might have an autoimmune disease. I'm thinking rheumatoid arthritis, but the blood work they've done could also be some other things like lupos. So here is where my "nutrition" question comes to play... I keep coming to studies, and articles from doctors, to actual people that have done a 3 day fast. Showing it basically resets your autoimmune. If I decide to do this; which I'm hoping there might be others that have... I'd like to know what assisted you to try and curb your appetite? I understand no one is a doctor, I'm simply wanting to know if others have done something like this, and what types of foods (under 200 cals per day) can you eat?
