Hey guys, i started keto 10 days ago and i have been bloated every day since even though i lost 7 pounds in the first 7 days. Not sure what exactly is going on. My net carbs are always at 20 or below. My protein is at 118 grams and my fat is at 139 grams. Its about 69% from fat, 26% from protein and 5% carbs. Am i getting too much fat? Too much protein? My protein is 1g/LBM.
