Diet satiety - Fat loss VLCD

Feels like I'm force feeding myself at breakfast and lunch, it's a struggle... then come dinner and bedtime and I'm hungry.

Anybody else get that?

On a VLCD (~1,850), with a weekly cheat. Doing main fullbody lifts 3x a week.
