Calorie Intake

What I don’t get is that “tdee calculators” estimate my TDEE to be 2000 a day with no exercises, but if I say I’m then lightly active which is 1-2 days a week of exercises, it ups my daily TDEE to 2300, wouldn’t it only burn like an extra 500 calories for the week?

How much would you estimate my tdee to be at including weight lifting 3x a week for 45-60 minutes and around 1 day of cardio a week for 30-45 minutes (jogging)
