got a question... When trying to add muscle is total calories or or macros more important? Im at 155 pounds 8.5% body fat. I can get 190 grams of protein and 250 grams of carbs and still be in a calorie deficit but wouldn't those macros suffice for building muscle? Iv had people tell me 190 grams or protein is unnecessary or too much...
