Macros for gaining muscle

I've spent the whole day reading about macros and think I've come up with a decent ratio and calorie intake for myself, can someone please confirm or advise me on this:

Body weight = 182lbs - height = 6'1
Body weight x 15 = 2,730
Maintenance calories = 2,730
To gain = 3000 calories (+270)

Protein = 180g - 720 calories
Fat = 54g - 486 calories
Carbs = 448g - 1794 calories

More protein less carbs? more fats? or is this okay as a starting point?
