Not being a Nutrition expert, I would love people's advice, feedback, comments, suggestions, comments, please.
In regards to the personal custom "Breakfast" that I have started on, below...........
I know that Oats are healthy. As are the other ingredients below.
But wondering what people think of this, below, from a Nutrition point of view ?.
Anything I've missed that I should add ?
All blended up in Nutribullet
* 600ml Water
* 1 Scoop Oats
* 1 Banana
* 1 Teaspoon Chia Seeds
* 1 Teaspoon Flax Seeds (ground up)
* 1 Teaspoon Hemp Seeds
* 1 Teaspoon Psyllium Husk
* 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
* 1 Teaspoon Spurlina
* 1 Tablespoon Chobani greek Yoghurt
* 4-5 Almonds
* 3-4 Strawberries
