Am I getting enough nutrtition?

A little background, I just started getting into lifting and I am trying to rid of this very embarrassing pregnant belly I've been carrying around for years. I used to eat extremely poorly (when I say extreme, I mean Burger King/Arbys/McDonalds/Wendys) every day. I have decided to ditch this lifestyle and start eating only clean foods to cut and possibly build muscle. I have lost about 13 lbs over the course of 5 weeks. I went from 172 to 158lbs. I am 5'7'' and 29 year old male.

Training:
I typically run 3 times/wk anywhere from 2-4 miles
And lift 3 times/wk (limited to free weights w/no bench)

My current diet is very simple:

At noon I eat 2 4-6oz Chicken breasts w/ 2 cups of vegetables (sometimes warmed in skillet/steamed)

At 6pm I eat basically the same thing sometimes substituting the chicken with Steak (Lean) w/ cottage cheese

As a late night snack I am eating anything from 1-2 cups of cottage cheese(low fat)/uncooked or vegetables/almonds (usually around 10pm)

I am a little worried as I am not sure if I am dieting/eating safely.

I know this is very specific, and I am sure there are some similar posts. I refer to bodybuilding for all my questions, but this one is rather specific and I am looking for other suggestions, ideas, or mistakes to be brought to my attention as this has become routine for me.
Side note: I have seen little to no changes in prego belly :/
