So I am a 15 y/o who is in high school. I am going to start bulking pretty soon and I've got an idea on what to have for breakfast and supper but stuck on lunch. I sometimes workout at lunch and sometimes workout after school, all depends.
So say I workout after school and I eat my lunch at lunch time, would I still need to prep a pre and post workout meal to bring to school with me?
