ok I am 15 yr and I usually have a skyrocketing metabolism. I usually get hungry every 1.5-2 hours. But about 3 weeks ago I got sick with the cold but am better now but my metabolism is very slow. I feel a lot weaker and I do not fall asleep easily. Also I feel like I can go a day without eating and not be terribly hungry after. Should I workout during this time? What could I do to speed up the process? Also This is during my cut so should I be eating more to get through this?
