Hello, how are you doing. I would like to know your opinions, friends, what you think you should do. Definition, volume or body recomposition. I used to weigh 189 lb and went down to 163 but I was fat. That was three years ago. A year ago I started in the gym lifting weights. I did a routine torso leg and a volume stage and went up to 182 lb but I looked very fat and then went down and I was just as I see in the photos, 165 lb. What do you recommend to do?
