What to eat during last two weeks of cut?

For the past 6 weeks or so, I have been trying to cut as much body fat as possible before I go to Mexico for spring break. I leave in 13 days, and was hoping for some advice on nutrition for these next two weeks.

Considering that I still want to continue to build as much lean muscle as possible in addition to burning as much body fat as possible in the next two weeks, my questions are:

At what point in the next 13 days (if at all) should I start cutting carbs as much as possible?

If I cut carbs, should I increase fats and shoot for a keto approach for the next two weeks?

And should I be in a caloric deficit?
