Hi,
I trained for 2 years, reached good results, I was 78 kg x 1,88 cm at 11%, then I failed, binged working out until I stopped to go to the gym.
I stopped the gym for 2 months, went from 78 kg to 90 kg.
I started again from about 2 weeks, planned a 1600 kcal diet (1,90 x 90 kg now), I do lots cardio, about 200/250 minutes per week at 6 km/h.
I'm in a huge deficit and I'm adding also cardio but I'm not losing too much weight.
I'm training 4 times per week per about 2 hours.
I'm loosing 0,3 kg/week or a bit more but I expected lots more.
Is it possible that, thanks to muscle's memory I'm gaining again a part of my old muscles so I'm replacing fat loss with muscles, as body recomp says, or I have to drop more the kcals?
To know: tough I'm not loosing too much, the shirts fit better.
