My TDEE

Hi everyone.

I have started my bulk and have put on over 1.5lb the first weeek which I understand is probably water weight etc. I am aiming for a bulk of around 0.5lbs a weeks as i think my body fat is around 18% but I am skinny fat. I have lots of fat around my belly but no muscle development in other areas so I really need to bulk :)

At the moment I am

152lbs
27 years old
5 foot 10"

I am playing football 2/3 times a week with a total weekly cardio of 1 hour 15 mins - 2 hours 15 mins depending if i play on Sunday

Fierce 5 dumbell workout which is 3 times a week.

I have a office job so very sedantry

All sites list different TDEE etc so any help would be great.

At the moment I am eating 2600 calories. I try to get atleast 200g protein and no more than 80g fat.

Does this sound about right?

MY TDEE is varys site to site from 1800-2350.

Should I just re weight myself in my 2nd week and gauge from that? if its too much then drop.

I do have lots of fat around my stomach as mentioned above but I am very skinny with no muscle development on my chest etc so It makes sense for me to bulk up slowly now then cut later :)
