Muscle Gain but No Fat Loss in a Caloric Deficit

Hey Everyone,

I've run into a wall I'd like some advice on.

I've been trying to do some fat cutting for about 4 months and I've ended up heavier most of which is muscle.

I'm quite happy with the muscle growth, but being in a caloric deficit while gaining muscle and not losing fat is new to me.

I track my macros - so I know exactly what I'm eating. I would just like some advice on what to adjust to lose more of the fat. Statistical info below.

- Male 5' 4" at 180 was 165.
- Daily caloric intake of 1500 calories.
- 3 day workouts Bench 185 to 230, squat 250 to 285, deadlift 240 to 290
- some cardio, but not a lot (running)
