Hey guys,
I am starting to lift in the morning. On the day of the lift (I lift fasted), how should I space my macros throughout the day (considering muscle growth+fat loss are my goals)?
When I lifting at night, normally I have my carbs and protein around that time and fats+protein in the morning. I am wondering how to do it if I workout in the morning though? I do not know when I should have my fats and if I should still eat carbs at night after I lifted in the morning (to get that serotonin+melatonin effect).
