The title said it all usually ill just eat more but im 5'7'' weight 159 pound I started weight lifting around the 15 november
Before that ive been losing weight for over one year not consistenly but still lost around 65 pound without doing and strength training eating around 1700 calories a day (its really low I know I had no muscle mass at the end)
Then I started bulking around mid november like I said and I jumped from 1700 calories to 3500 a day and I was gaining weight fast both muscle and fat but wasnt weighting myself
Around mid december I stopped smoking cigarette and also it was the holiday season so I drank a little bit of alcohol and couldnt track my calories and macro precisely
Once the holidays were over I weighted myself and noticed that I had jumped from 140 pound to 165 pound so I cut my calories to 3200 a day then I started losing weight
Now im eating 3500 like I did in the beginning but still lost about 2 pound in the last 3 weeks but my strength is going up and I noticed that I have a little bit less belly fat
So id like to have your opinions did I start gaining fat at 3500 calories because ive been eating too low (1700 calories) for too long and should I up my calories again or stay at this amount of calorie because im losing weight but still getting stronger ?? Im not sure if my muscle are getting bigger though
