How many calories should I eat?

Hello! I'm male 29 years old, 5'10" and weigh 148 lbs. I've used some online calculators to estimate how many calories should I have each day to gain muscle but I get values between 2100 to 2600 calories.
The calculator at bodybuilding.com says that I should be having 2300 if I do "Moderate exercise" or 2600 if I do "Intense exercise"

Right now because my goal is mostly to gain muscle and not lose fat I workout lifting weights 5 days a week (average of 24 sets per day) and I dont plan to do much cardio until I reach my desired weight. Should I enter "Moderate" or "Intense" exercise in the calculator?

I would like to gain weight at a healthy rate, don't want to put much body fat so I don't want my calorie intake to be too high.

I'm also thinking about a macro ratio of 50% carbs 25% protein and 25% fats.

What do you guys think?

Many
Thanks!
