So i have been working out properly now for over a year, made some good gains but after a talk with a guy in my supplement shop he said i need to up my calories if i want to get more mass, after some calculations i think i need around 2950,
Im 6' 2, 196 pounds, pretty lean just small amount of lower ab fat, im not planning on being huge just some good defined lean muscle
Iv attached an image of roughly the kind of thing i would eat and take through the day and also my macro split but adding on calories burned from exercise it puts me like 900 calories under what i need,
What kind of things could i add or change to get my calories up?? i dont have a ton of cash to be spending so the "eat more food" option isnt the best haha i already take 2 servings of Carbonax (carbs) so additonal may help but alot of sugar in it
Appreciate any help!
